摘要
本文在分析了中国加入世界贸易组织对我国的信息技术产业的研究与开发活动产生的影响之后,对中国信息产业研究与开发的产业政策上进行了一系列的探讨,并提出了对策建议。
With China entering the World Trade Organization (WTO), what impact will have on the research and development (R&D) of the Information Technology (IT) Industry in China? After analyzing and answering the question this paper discusses the industry development policies related to R&D of IT Industry in China.
