摘要
目的 :研究血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂福辛普利对糖尿病大鼠大血管的保护作用。方法 :以链脲佐菌素(STZ)对SD大鼠按 5 0mg·kg- 1 腹腔内注射建立糖尿病模型。用福辛普利 (15mg·kg- 1 ·d- 1 )对糖尿病大鼠进行 5周治疗 ,观察大鼠大血管结构并用免疫组化的方法测定大动脉中膜转化生长因子 β1 (TGF β1 )、层粘连蛋白 (LN)、纤维连接蛋白 (FN)的含量。结果 :经 5周治疗后 ,大血管病理改变以糖尿病未治疗组较重 ,福辛普利组治疗组大血管病理改变较轻。福辛普利组治疗组TGF β1 、LN、FN表达均低于糖尿病未治疗组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论
Objective: To investigate the protection role of Fosinpril on diabetes mellitus rats large vessels. Methods: Diabetes models with 50 mg·kg -1 streptozocin(STZ) intraperitoneal injection to SD rats were set up and Fosionpril (15 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 )was used to treat diabetes rats for five weeks,and myocardium ultrastructure by electron microscope was observed and TGF β 1,FN and LN were determined by immunohistochemistric method. Results: Pose treatment,the alteration in large vessels were more serious in untreatment group than those in Fosinopril group. The expression of TGF β 1,FN,LN in the untreatment group was lower than those in Fosinopril group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Using Fosinopril may delay the pathological alteration in experimental diabetes rats large vessels.
