摘要
目的 :探讨子宫颈鳞状细胞癌中P5 3蛋白的表达及意义。方法 :采用免疫组化技术 (S -P法 )检测 3 4例宫颈癌中P5 3蛋白的表达。结果 :随着宫颈鳞癌分化程度的降低 ,P5 3蛋白阳性率呈上升趋势。宫颈鳞癌与P5 3蛋白的表达密切相关 。
Objective: To discuss the expression and its signification of P53 protein in unerince neck squamouscarcinoma. Methods: To detect the pexpression of P53 protein in 34 squamouscarcinomas situated unerince neck by means of immunohistochemistry technology. Results: Positive incidence of P53 protein can be seen ascending along with the differentiation grade ofsquamouscarcinoma situated unerineneck abating. It can be seen that there is a close relation between squamouscarcinoma situated unerine neck and the expression of P53 protein, and P53 protein maybe contributes to the onset of squamouscarcinoma situated unerine neck.
