摘要
目的:研究安痫宁冲剂抗癫痫作用的机理。方法:研究安痫宁冲剂对鼠脑中 MDA、SOD、ATP 酶的影响。结果:安痫宁冲剂的抗癫痫作用与其抗自由基和维持 Na^+、K^+、Mg^(2+)、Ca^(2+)离子的动态平衡有关。结论:安痫宁冲剂能够抑制癫痫发作。
Objective To study the anti-epilepsy function of Anxianning infusion.Methods To observe the change of MDA,SOD,ATP-ase in rats'brain affected by Anxianning infusion. Results The anti-epilepsy mechanism of Anxianning infusion is related to its having the effect of anti-free radical and maintaining the balance of Na^+ ,K^+ ,Mg^(2+),Ca^(2+).Conclusion Anxianning in fusion can inhibit epilepsy attack.
