摘要
目的:考察钙铁锌三宝颗粒中钙、铁、锌的药理作用。方法:钙铁锌三宝颗粒12g/kg、6g/kg、3g/kg 给正常大鼠灌胃后,除6g/kg 组血清铁离子偏低外,其余各组中钙离子、锌离子、铁离子, 浓度均升高。结果:钙铁锌三宝颗粒对缺锌大鼠的血清锌离子升高有明显的作用,且能明显改善动物物缺锌症状;对动物因钙吸收减少而引起的骨密度减少小也有作用。结论:钙铁锌三宝颗粒给药对贫血小鼠血红蛋白、红细胞数、血清铁有明显升高作用。
Object.to investigate the pharmacological action of Ca,Fe,Zn in Ca-Fe-Zn San- bao Granules.Method;After normal mice were given 20 g/kg,10 g/kg,5 g/kg of Ca-Fe-Zn Sanbao Granules by enteroclysis,Except serum Fe ion in 6 g/kg group was lower,the concentra- tions of Ca ion,Zn ion,Fe ion in other groups were rising.Results:Ca-Fe-Zn Sanbao Granules had obvious effects on serum Zn ion rising of Zn deficiency symptom.It could obviously improve animal Zn deficiency symptom.It also had effect on bone density decrease caused by animal Ca ab- sorption decrease.Conclusion.When Ca-Ze-Zn Sanbao Granules were given to anemic mice,It obvious rising effect on hemoglobin,red-cell count and Serum Fe of anemic mice.
