催化裂化汽油中硫和族组成及硫化物类型的馏分分布 被引量:39

DISTRIBUTION OF SULFUR, GROUP COMPOSITION AND TYPES OF SULFUR COMPOUNDS IN FCC NAPHTHA

摘要 分别对山东石大科技集团公司胜华教学实验厂和中国石油化工股份有限公司齐鲁分公司胜利炼油厂的催化裂化 (FCC)汽油进行了实沸点切割 ,测定了各窄馏分的硫含量、族组成和硫化物类型分布。结果表明 ,FCC汽油中的硫含量随馏分沸点的升高而增加。两种FCC汽油具有相似的硫化物含量分布 ,其中噻吩硫占 5 0 %~ 60 % ,二硫化物占 5 %~ 6% ,硫醚占 2 5 %~ 3 0 % ,硫醇占 10 %~ 13 %。硫醚和硫醇主要集中在小于 10 0℃的馏分中 ,二硫化物主要集中在 70~ 10 0℃的馏分中 ,噻吩主要集中在大于 10 0℃的馏分中。FCC汽油的烯烃含量随馏分沸点的升高而减少 ,烷烃和烯烃主要集中在小于 85℃的馏分中 ,芳烃主要集中在大于 14 5℃的馏分中 ,环烷烃的分布比较均匀。FCC汽油中的辛烷值分布呈现两头高中间低的趋势。 FCC naphthas from Shenghua Refinery of the University of Petroleum and Shengli Refinery of Qilu Company were respectively fractionated with the true boiling point distillation unit and the distribution of sulfur content, group composition and types of sulfur compounds has been determined. The result shows that sulfur content of FCC naphtha increases with the increase of distillate boiling point. The distribution of sulfur compounds is very similar in both FCC naphthas, with 50%~60% thiophenes, 5%~6% disulfides, 25%~30% sulfides and 10%~13% thiols. Moreover, sulfides and thiols are concentrated in the light fractions below 100℃, disulfides in the fractions of 70~100℃,and thiophenes in the heavy fractions over 100℃. The olefin content of FCC naphtha decreases with the increase of distillate boiling point. Paraffins and olefins are concentrated in the light fractions below 85℃. Aromatics are concentrated in the heavy fractions over 145℃. The distribution of naphthenes is quite uniform. RON of the FCC naphtha displays two humps in the light and heavy fractions.
