哮喘患者白细胞介素13水平的变化及临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :探讨白细胞介素 13 (IL 13 )在支气管哮喘发病机制中的作用。方法 :采用酶联免疫法 (ELISA)测定 2 3例哮喘患者外周血单个核细胞 (PBMC)培养上清中IL 13、峰流速仪测定最大呼气流速 (PEF)占预计值 %及直接测定外周血嗜酸细胞 (Eos) ,并与 2 0名健康正常者的结果进行比较。结果 :哮喘患者PBMC中IL 13水平 ( 5 .5 4± 1.0 75 )、外周血Eos( 0 .3 98± 0 .115 )× 10 9/L水平高于对照组的IL 13水平 ( 3 .13± 0 .83 7)、Eos水平 ( 0 .15 5± 0 .0 82 )× 10 9/L(P <0 .0 1) ,哮喘患者PEF( 5 9.0± 10 .2 8%)明显低于正常对照组PEF( 87.2± 10 87%) (P <0 .0 1)。IL 13与Eos水平呈显著正相关 (r =0 .88,P <0 .0 1) ,IL 13与PEF呈显著负相关 (r =-0 .75 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论 :哮喘发作时IL 13表达水平及Eos明显增高 ,提示IL Objective:To investigate the role of interleukin 13 (IL 13) in the pathogenesis of asthma.Methods:IL 13 level from cultured peripheral blood mononuclear cell(PBMC) supernatant was determined by ELISA,and peak expiratory flow(PEF) and eosinophil count were also examined in 23 patients with asthma and 20 healthy subjects.Results:Compared with controls,Il 13 content and eosinophil count were significantly increased,but PEF obviously decreased ( P< 0.01) in patients with asthma.There were a positive correlation between IL 13 content and eosinophil count( r =0.88, P< 0.01) and a negative correlation between IL 13 and PEF ( r =0.35, P< 0.01).Conclusion:It is suggested that IL 13 might be involved in the pathogenesis of asthma via eosinophil regulation. [
