摘要
目的 :评介导管射频消融术治疗快速心律失常疗效及安全性。方法 :采用导管射频消融术对 3 7例快速心律失常患者进行治疗 ,并于术前 1d、术后即时及术后 1a行超声心动图检查。结果 :3 7例患者中 ,手术成功 3 3例 (成功率89.12 %)。射频消融治疗成功患者每分输出量、二尖瓣A峰与E峰充盈速度比值术后即时与术前 1天比较差异无显著性(P >0 .0 5 ) ,1a后与术前 1d比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,左室射血分数在术后有轻微下降 ,但 1a后明显增加。结论 :导管射频消融术能安全治疗快速心律失常且效果确切 ,术中对心功能不产生影响 ;
Objective:To observe the effect and safety of radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA) in tachyarrhythmia.Methods:Thirty seven patients with tachyarrhythmia were treated with RFCA,and they were examined by echocardiography on the first day preoperatively,and in immediate time and in a year postoperatively.Results:The successs rate was 89.2%(33/37).Compared with those before operation,cardiac output and eject fraction were obviously increased,and peak filling rate remarkably decreased in a year after operation( P< 0.05).Conclusion:RFCA is an effective and safe method for treating tachyarrhythmia.This method has not only little effect on cardiac function during operation,but exhibits a good long term effect on cardiac function. [
