18例小儿预激综合征临床电生理分析 被引量：2

摘要 为探讨小儿预激综合征(WPW)形成折返性室上性心动过速(AVRT)的电生理特征,并观察普洛帕酮(心律平)对AVRT的电生理影响,对18例WPW进行食道电生理检查,检测WPW诱发AVRT后的电生理变化并观察心律平对AVRT的疗效。结果:16例WPW前传有效不应期为200～600 ms,平均300.94 ms,旁路1:1房室传导频率≥190次/min,9例诱发的AVRT为顺传型,口服心律平出现旁路前传导阻滞。提示小儿WPW的旁路1:1房室前向传导速率快,无文氏传导,且旁路有效不应期长短相差悬殊;食道电生理检查可了解AVRT的类型,心律平可作为治疗AVRT的首选药物。
