摘要
用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析了编号为M延-1、M延-4、M延-5及M川4株羊肚菌菌丝体的酯酶同工酶。结果表明:属内种间具有明显的酶谱差异,每个种都有其特定的酶谱,这与形态学的分类结果相吻合。
We have analysed isozymes of esterase of four strains mycelian in morchella with the number MYan-1?MYan-4?MYan-5 and MChuan by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The results indicated there was special and obvious difference of enzyme-band of every species.
