摘要
通过对七个巴西蘑菇菌株生物学性状比较,筛选出A4为最优菌株。其特点为:菌丝生长速度较快、生物学效率较高、菇体较大且韧性好,适宜在生产上推广。
After the comparison study on biological characteristics of seven Agaricus blazei strains,A4 was proved to be the excellent strain with more rapid mycelial growth rate,higher biological efficiency,bigger and not brittle fruitbody.So it was concluded that A4 was more suitable commercial cultivation in 7 strains.
