摘要
本文采用方差分析方法,在基础培养料中加入5%、10%、15%、20%的旧培养料。结果发现,旧培养料添加量为10%时,天麻总产量、箭麻产量、白麻产量和米麻产量均达到极显著高产。
In the paper,the way of analysis of variance was adopted.We added 5%,10%,15%,20% cultivated materials in the culture medium to cultivate Gastradia elata,and fond out that 10% cultured material was added,the total output:output of sword Gastrodia,output of white Gastrodia,output of rice Gastrodia was the highest output.
