摘要
在分析金沙江流域水环境质量现状和污染物现状排放量的基础上,对流域进行了控制区和控制单元划分,并提出了断面水质目标、总量控制目标和污染治理措施建议。
On the basis of analyzing the present situation of water quality and the discharge amount of pollutant in Jinshajiang river basin, we divide the control area and control unit of the basin, and point out the water quality subject of the cross section, the subject of total quality control of pollutant discharge and suggestion of pollution treatment.
