摘要
通过改变传热温差以及搅拌槽几何构型和桨叶转速等实验条件 ,研究了麦草浆黑液在不同物性、流变特性、流体动力学条件及流动空间几何特征下的传热特征 ,并且应用传统数学建模及人工神经网络方法 ,建立了麦草浆黑液相关的传热数学模型与评价指标 ,结果表明 。
The heat transfer properties of black liquor from wheat straw pulping in a tank with agitator were studied by changing the experiment conditions including temperature-difference driving force, geometry shape of the tank and agitator speed. The heat transfer properties of the black liquor which had different physical properties and rheological properties, and with different fluid kinetic conditions and the space geometry characteristics of fluid flow were investigated. Furthermore, the mathematical models and evaluation criteria for heat transfer of wheat straw black liquor based on the conventional methods and artificial neural networks were established. The experimental results showed that the factors mentioned above have obvious effect on the heat transfer property of black liquor from wheat straw pulping.
