摘要
目的探讨下颌骨经微波辐射加热后力学性能的改变。方法取手术切除的人体下颌骨正常部分,应用微波加热至55℃,保持20min。将正常及加热后骨段的外侧骨皮质制备成标准件,在万能试验机上检测拉伸、压缩和弯曲应力,进行比较。同时选用2只猴的4侧下颌骨,一侧为对照,另3侧进行微波加热,分别在加热后即刻、1月和2月取材,进行影像学和核素检查。结果微波加热后,各组试件的弯曲、拉伸和压缩的最大应力与对照组无显著性差异。动物实验显示,加热后骨段呈死骨状,交界处发生破骨与成骨,X线检测未发现骨密度降低。至2月时,骨段仍无血运。结论微波加热本身并不影响下颌骨的强度,但是愈合过程较慢。期间应力缺陷,容易发生病理性骨折。
Objective To study the man di ble mechanics changes after microwave heating.Methods The normal mandible was he ated to55℃for20minutes.The lateral cortical bone of normal and heated mandible were made into standard piece for testing extension,compression and bends mechan ics and compared between two groups.Three mandibles of two monkeys were heated b y microwave,another was as control.The samples were taken out instantly,one mont h and two-month after heating for HE staining,and radiologic and isotope examina tions.Results There was no sig-nificant difference in mechanics between normal and heated bone.Animal experiments showed that heated bone had se-questrum.Bone resorption and reconstruction was seen.Bone mineral density did not decrease.Co nclusions The intensity of mandible was not influenced by microwave heating,howe ver,the bone healing process needed longer time.During the healing course,mandib ular pathologic fracture may occur,because of bone resorption and metabolism.
