本文论述了以卤代甲烷类作为分子量调节剂,通过四氟乙烯(TFE)的调聚作用生产低分子量PTFE的工艺过程,给出了工艺配方,最佳控制条件,并详细介绍了调聚分散液的后处理方法。
This paper introduces the technological process of PTFE with low molecular weight, by using methanehalide as regulator of molecular weight via telomerization of tetrafluoroethylene(TFE).
It gives the optimum process prescription and reaction conditions. At last, this paper states aftertreatment method of telomer dispersion liquid.
