摘要
通过对连续重整装置腐蚀过程、脱氯剂工作原理的分析,提出目前各单位有效的治理措施—增上脱氯设施来降低氯离子含量。同时,针对装置现状提出两种方案,比较其利弊,阐明两个脱氯罐可串可并的优越性。
The corrosion in continued catalytic reformer plant (CCR)and anticorrosive mechanism of anti-chlor were introduced. Its available prevention and cure measure was put forward in present, i.e., dechlorination apparatus was constructed to reduce chlorine ion content. Two improvment blue prints were proposed for existing plant, and comparing their advantages and disadvantages, the advantage of the process with two dechlorinating drums that can be in series or parallel was explained.
