VACUUM MELTING OF Al-Li ALLOY UNDER THE MICRO-GRAVITY CONDITION

摘要 在微重力电磁模拟装置中进行铝锂合金的熔炼与铸锭。考察了坩埚材料、加热温度、真空度、保温时间、气氛保护等工艺因素对铝锂合金铸锭质量的影响。实验证明,通过采取适宜的工艺手段,合金中的杂质可以得到有效的控制,提高了合金的铸锭质量。 Al\|Li Alloys were melted and cast with electric magneitc micro\|gravity simulation facility. The factors, which influenced the quality Al\|Li alloy ingot such as crucible material, heating temperature, vacuum degree and heat preservation time and gas protection were investigated. It showed that the impurity content of the Al\|Li alloy could be controlled effectively by taking proper technical measures and the quality of the ingot had been enhanced.\;
