摘要
目的 整理原发性肝癌辨证分型文献中的专家观点 ,分析原发性肝癌各中医单证证型在专家观点中的出现状况 ,初步明确其主要的单证证型。方法 对建国以来国内公开报道的有关原发性肝癌中医辨证分型的文献进行整理 ,运用χ2 检验对文献中的专家观点进行统计分析。结果 气滞 (肝气郁结 )型、血瘀型、脾气虚型、肝阴虚型、肾阴虚型、肝胆湿热型在专家观点中出现频率较高 (均超过 5 0 % ) ,它们之间没有显著性意义 ,但与其它出现频率较低的各单证证型相比 ,均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 0 91)。结论 原发性肝癌常见的中医单证证型依次为①气滞 (肝气郁结 )型 ;②血瘀型 ;③脾气虚型 ;④肝阴虚型 ;⑤肾阴虚型 ;
OBJECTIVE To analyze the literature on experts' opinions concerning the syndrome types of primary hepatic carcinoma and decide on the main types of syndromes. METHOD The literature published after the founding of China concerning syndrome types of primary hepatic carcinoma was sorted out and statistical analyses were carried out on experts' opinions in the documents using X2 test. RESULT High rate of references (over 50%) were made in the experts' opinion to the following types of syndromes: qi stagnation, blood stasis, deficiency of the spleen qi, deficiency of the liver yin, deficiency of the kidney yin and damp-heat in the liver and gallbladder, with on marked significance between them ( P >0.000091) but with marked significance from the types of syndromes referred to less frequently ( P <0.0091). CONCLUSION The types of syndromes of primary hepatic carcinoma arranged according to the frequency of reference are (1) qi stagnation (liver qi stagnation) type; (2) blood stasis type; (3) spleen qi deficiency type; (4) liver yin deficiency type; (5) kidney yin deficiency type; and (6) damp-heat of the liver and gallbladder type.
