摘要
介绍了过程软测量技术的理论研究和实际应用现状 ,认为软测量技术是计算不可测变量的一般方法 ,将会得到广泛的应用 ,指出基于动态机理模型、用观测器方法建立的软仪表是软测量技术的发展方向之一。
A survey of soft sensor theory and its application are given in this paper. It is regarded that the soft sensor is a general method for unmeasuring variable calculation, and the soft sensor with observer based on dynamic mechanism model is the developing trend in future.
