摘要
目的:探讨肾移植术后泌尿系统肿瘤的发病情况。方法:回顾性分析5例同种异体肾移植术后泌尿系统肿瘤的发生情况。结果:5例中输尿管移行细胞癌2例,肾肿瘤2例,肾盂、输尿管、膀胱多发肿瘤1例。5例均行手术治疗,并减少免疫抑制剂用量。现存活4例,平均存活已24.5个月。1例死于肿瘤全身转移。结论:肾移植术后泌尿系统肿瘤发生率明显增高,应采用手术为中心的综合治疗。
Objective:To investigate the occurrence of malignancies in the urinary system after renal transplantation.Methods:A retrospective study of5cases of urinary system malignancy after re-nal transplantation was carried out.Results:Carcinoma of ureter developed in2cases,malignancy of kidney in2cases,multiple tumors in pelvis,ureter and bladder in1case.All of the5patients re-ceived opetration,of whom4have been alive with the mean survial time of24.5months.One ad-vanced case died6mouths after the diagnosis.Conclusion:The incidence of urinary system malignan-cy in renal transplant recipients is markedly increased.Early detection of the malignancies with prompt surgical management and reduction of the doses of immunosuppresants are mandatory.
