摘要
目的:观察直肠肛管黏膜保护剂(太宁栓)在治疗内痔中的疗效与安全性。方法:对416例确诊为Ⅰ、Ⅱ度内痔的患者应用太宁栓治疗,观察疗效。结果:(1)治疗2天后,部分患者出血、局部瘙痒不适、肛门分泌物等症状好转,总有效率35.1%。(2)治疗6天后,绝大多数患者症状改善明显,总有效率达96.9%。(3)不良反应发生较少,仅占1.9%,均未经特殊处理而自行缓解。结论:太宁栓对Ⅰ、Ⅱ度内痔的治疗有明显疗效,不良反应少见。
Objective To observe the effectiveness and safty of anorectal mucosa protector in t he treatment of in-ternal hemorrhoids.Methods Titanoreine suppository was given t o 416patients,all diagnosed as 1～2d egree internal hemorroids,then,observe it.Results(1)2days after the therapy,the symptom s such as bleeding,anal itching and discomfort and secretion disappeared in some cases,total effective rates were 35.1%.(2)6days later,the rates increased to 96.9%.(3)The rate of side -effect in the whole g roup was only 1.9%,which was recovered itself without therapy.Conclusions Titanoreine suppository has signif icant effects in treating 1～2degree internal hemorroids with few side -effect.
