摘要
大学是制度文明的产物。德国是一个具有悠久的高等教育历史的国家 ,1 9世纪柏林大学的诞生 ,曾创造了适应当时社会发展要求的大学制度模式 ,为人类大学制度树立了典范。知识经济时代的到来 ,这一制度的不适应性逐步凸现 ,为此 ,德国上下进行了高等教育改革 ,逐步建立起适应知识经济要求的现代大学制度。研究德国高等教育改革与现代大学制度的建立 。
University is the result of civilized institution. Germany is a country that enjoys a long history of higher education. The birth of Berlin University in the 19th century produced patterns of university institution that adapted to the demands of social development at that time, and set up models for the establishment of university institution of our human beings. With the arrival of the knowledge economy in the 20th century, many defects of this institution begin to emerge. Therefore there comes the reform of higher education up and down this country. Modern university institution that adapted to the requirement of knowledge economy are gradually established. The study of the reform of German higher education and the establishment of modern university institution is quite beneficial to the deepening of higher education reform in our country.
