摘要 采用热等静压预合金粉工艺对Ti - 6Al - 4V钛合金粉末冶金技术进行了研究 ,同时就原料粉状态对粉末钛合金性能的影响进行了初步研究 ,并进行了近净形成型工艺试验。结果表明 ,采用预合金粉工艺制备的Ti- 6Al - 4V粉末钛合金材料性能良好 ,且可实现近净形成型 ;这说明预合金粉工艺在制备高性能。 Metallurgy technology for pre alloyed Ti 6Al 4V titanium alloy powder by hot isostatic pressing (HIP) is described.The effects of chemical composition and mesh size of pre alloyed powder on tensile properties of the PM titanium alloy are also presented.The experiments of near net shape processing are performed to make some PM titanium parts.Experimental results show that the pre alloyed PM Ti 6Al 4V alloy has good tensile properties and the PM parts can be near net shaped.This indicates that the pre alloyed processing should have bright prospects in making high performance and low cost titanium alloy parts.
