摘要
本文探索构建科学合理的财政支出效益评价指标体系,加强公共财政支出的宏观控制和微观管理,促进合理地分配和使用财政资金,提高财政资金的使用效益。
This article aims to probe into establishing scientific and reasonable fiscal expenditure efficiency appraisal index system, to strengthen marco-control and micro-management on public finance expenditure, to accelerate the rational distribution and use of fiscal funds, and to increase their effectiveness.
