对近年来长循环脂质体研究的一些主要进展 ,包括制备及影响因素、稳定性、药物动力学特性、靶向性等进行了综述 。
The development of long circulating liposomes(LLP) in recent years was reviewed. LLP is a potential targeted drug delivery system. The main development, including the preparation, stability, pharmacokinetics and targeted property was evaluated. The development prospect and the problems were predicted.
