摘要
Fei Xiao Tong puts forward the structure of grade to illustrating interpersonal relationship of the traditional society in China. This text deepens his theoretical explanation and raises a new point of view that the traditional structure of grade takes the center of self, reflects the Confucian school ethic and the form of allocation of natural resources. It would play an important role in modern China if we tacked the modern content to traditional content.
