摘要
在知识经济时代下,精英教育必须走向大众教育。本文讨论了实现精英教育大众化的手段,即高校扩招、发展民办/私立大学、远程教育和国际合 作办学,并分析了由此带来的教育质量、教育投入和教育代价等问题。
With the coming of a knowledgebased economy, elite higher education must be changed into popularity higher education. How to change elitist higher education into popularity higher education is discussed in this paper. The author states that college enrollment, development of private school , distance education and international cooperation should be used to realize popularity higher education. The problems of education quality, education investment and the cost are also analyzed.
