摘要
在微波辐射下,用对甲基苯磺酸作水杨酸和异辛醇的酯化催化剂合成水杨酸异辛酯.探索了影响反应的各种因素,得到较好的反应条件:醇酸比2∶1,辐射时间20~25min(40%P,560W),催化剂与酸比值1∶12,加带水剂.酯化率可达98.60%以上.与常规加热法相比具有醇酸比低,反应时间短,节约能源、操作简便、酯化率高等优点.
Under microwave radiation,P-Toluene sulphonic acid is used as catalyst for the synthesis of 2-ethylhexyl salicylate from 2-ethyl-1-hexanol and salicylic acid.The results show that the appropriate conditions are molar ratio of 2-ethyl-1-hexanol to salicylic acid,2∶1,irradiation time 8-10min(40%P 560W),molar ratio of P-toluene sulphonic acid to sclicylic acid,1∶12,with watercarrying reagent,yield:over 98.60%.
