摘要
我国生态环境日益恶化 ,制约了经济长期发展 ,不利于可持续发展目标的实现。财政介入生态环境保护有充分的理论依据 ,而政府实施的财税政策绿色化程度不够 ,难以有效保护和治理生态环境。为此 ,政府应积极构建绿色财税政策 ,促进生态环境可持续发展。
The increasing deterioration of ecological environment in China has restrained its long-term economic growth, deterred the realization of the target for sustainable development. The fiscal invention into the ecological environment protection has enough theoretical grounds, Whereas the government's inadequate fiscal input into the environmentally-friendly action is unable to effectively protect and govern the ecological environment. Therefore the government should actively establish the environment-friendly policies in order to facilitate the sustainable development in ecological environment.
