摘要
白山水电厂水轮发电机组的转子支臂上发生了不同程度的裂纹 ,在对转子支臂强度分析计算的基础上 ,判定支臂通风孔圆角处存在很大的应力 ,在交变载荷作用下 ,使通风孔圆角产生裂纹并不断扩展 ,经过对症处理 ,取得了良好的效果 .
Arm crack of 300MW generator armature in Baishan Hydro Power Station is analysed and processed scientifically.There are cracks on arm of generating unit armatures to different degrees in BaiShan Hydro Power Station.On the basis of analysis and calculation of the intensity on Arm Crack,it is concluded that there are great stresses on Arm.Under the alternating load,cracks are created at rounded angle of the blowhole and continuously expand.After reasonable handle,good results are obtained
