摘要
目前,我国电力行业正经历着一场自上而下的体制改革,而这场改革的目的就是要打破垄断,引进竞争,提高我国电力企业的市场竞争力。电力生产的成本竞争将成为决定企业生存和发展的重要因素,为实现企业降低成本,提高效益的目标,建立一个高效的企业信息管理系统,是非常必要的。通过近几年对国内其它行业的考察和电力行业内部的部分企业的试点评估,发现这样一个信息系统,它能降低企业成本,提升企业效益。因此,可以得出这样的结论,电力企业管理信息化的应用将会有助于企业的成本竞争,提升企业的市场竞争力。
The power industry in china is now experiencing a systematic reform from top to bottem, and the purpose of this reform is to break the monopoly and initiate the competition to improve the competitiveness of Chinese power enterprises on the markets. The power generation cost competition will become an important factor having decisive effect on survival and development of enterprises. In order to bring down cost at enterprises and set higher targets for both financial results and social effect, it is vital to build up a highly efficient enterprise information management system. The investigation into other industries in China and the evaluation of enterprises on trial within the power industry made in recent years indicated that such an information system could actually bring down costs and improve productivity at enterprises. It can be therefore concluded that the application of power enterprise management informationization will help the cost competition among enterprises and improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.
