摘要
从结构和性能上阐述了超磁致伸缩微型马达的原理及其在微机电系统中的应用状况。通过对国内外几种典型超磁致伸缩马达的原理性剖析 ,分析探讨了超磁致伸缩马达微型化、集成化以及高频振动等问题的解决途径与方法 ,为超磁致伸缩微型马达的进一步发展提供了的理论基础和研究方向。
The paper expatiated the principle of giant magnetostrictive motor from structure and properties, and the application status in micro electro mechanical systems (MEMS). From analyzing principle of some typical giant magnetostrictive motors at home and abroad, the approaches and methodologies settling problems of giant magnetostrictive motor are analyzed and discussed,such as miniaturization, integration and high frequency vibration. The theoretical basis and research direction are offered to the further development of giant magnetostrictive micro motor.
