摘要 通过对超高速铣削加工中切削区动态热力学行为的计算和分析 ,推导了切削区温度场的分布模型。计算结果表明 ,切削区工件表层的最高温度可达 92 2℃ ,工件内最高温度点不在刀具与切屑的接触面上 ,而在靠近工件表层的内部某处。在此基础上 ,得出了超高速铣削加工的机理模型 ,由于工件切削区的温度远高于材料的再结晶温度 ,此时材料的硬度急剧下降 ,工件的易切削性能大大提高 ,较易被后续刀刃切削下来。通过切屑材料的金相组织分析验证了该机理模型。 In this paper, the calculation and analysis for thermodynamic of cutting zone on super high-speed milling have been finished, and the model and results for temperature field of cutting zone have been finished. The calculations show that the highest temperature outside surface of cutting zone can be as 922℃. The highest temperature inside workpiece is not on the contact surface of the cutting tool and chip but the inside some point near workpiece surface that is calculated. On the basis of above, the super high-speed milling mechanism model is proposed. It shows that the cutting performance of workpiece is improved largely because the hardness of the workpiece material is sharply decreased while the temperature of cutting zone is far higher than that of the recrystallized. That is testified by the analyzing for micro-specimen of chip.
