摘要
在Ca(OH) 2 的碳化反应过程中加入表面活性剂 ,并对碳化反应制得的浆液用表面活性剂进行处理 ,考察各种类型的单一表面活性剂对纳米碳酸钙的防团聚作用。结果表明 :加入表面活性剂可以缩短反应时间 (35min→ 2 1min) ,某些阴离子、非离子表面活性剂可有效地抑制CaCO3 晶粒的团聚 ,使制得的碳酸钙粉体的粒度小于 1μm 。
Surfactants were added in the carbonating process of Ca(OH) 2 and in the treatment of CaCO 3 slurry.Anti-aggregation effect of a-,n-,c-,and poly-SAA on calcium carbonate particles were evaluated.It indicated that by adding surfactants the reaction couldspeed up by 1/4 or more than those not adding,also by selecting both non-and anion-surfactants can restrain the aggregation of calcium carbonate particles and narrow its size distribution effectively.
