摘要
采用金属石墨缠绕垫的法兰连接设计是基于m ,y系数的法兰垫标准 ,依此设计的法兰垫可保证法兰连接的安全性 ,但不能确定法兰连接的密封性 ;采用基于金属石墨缠绕垫密封系数Gb,Gs,a的设计方法 ,分析了直径为 15~40mm的标准系列管法兰在标准螺栓载荷下的泄漏率 ,其质量泄漏率为 0 .2 75~ 2 8.80 0 μg/ (s·mm) ,密封度等级于经济、标准级之间 ;直径为 40mm、压力为 1MPa的管法兰连接处每天的气体泄漏量达 8L(标准状态 ) .结果表明 ,应用基于垫片密封系数的设计方法 ,可保证法兰连接的密封性 .
The design of the flanged joint of metal flexible graphite gaskets is based on the criterion of coefficient m,y. But this kind of connection can not analyze the sealing performance or control the quantity of leakage. To determine the sealing performance of the flanged joint of a oil field engine, the new coefficient Gb, a and Gs have been adopted to compute the leakage rate of pipe flanges of GB series under the condition of the diameter of 15-40 mm and the pressure of 0.6~2.0 MPa and with the load of standard bolts. Its results indicated that the mass leakage rate is 2.75×10 -4~2.88×10 -2mg/(s·mm),and its quality of seal is between economy and standard . It also indicated that the quantity of leakage of gas of pipe flange was 8 litre per day under the condition of the diameter of 40 mm and the pressure of 1MPa in standard air pressure. In order to enhance the sealing performance,the PVRC method can be adopted to design the flanges by computing the bolts'loads through the mass leakage rate requirement.
