摘要
采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、信息查询法等方法,对社会主义市场经济条件下竞技体育后备人才培养机制发生的变化及发展趋势进行了论述.提出了在新经济时期竞技体育后备人才培养机制的运行要树立人才观念、科技观念、集聚观念、新经济观念以促进竞技体育培养机制的可持续发展.
By using methods of literatures,questionnaire and inquiry,this paper discusses change and development of talents training for athletics under condition of socialist market economy,and points out talents training for athletics must follow the knowledge of talent,science and technology,assemble,and economy in order to develop it sustainably.
