直流接触器磁系统的动态特性计算及其可视化仿真 被引量:12

摘要 本文将面向对象技术,可视化技术,人机交互技术等引入到电磁系统设计和特性计算软件中,可以方便地以交互式图形方式输入磁系统结构尺寸,使建立模型直观且快速,大幅度减轻了输入工作量。作为机车的牵引电器———直流接触器,动态特性反映了它的实际工作状态。本文提供了两种方法求解动态微分方程组:一种是二元函数插值法;另一种是迭代法。借助功能强大的AN SYS软件包分析了磁系统的三维磁场,推导出磁路模型中各气隙磁导和漏磁导的计算公式。实验证明,动静特性的计算结果与实验结果较吻合,该软件具有较强的通用性。 In this paper, the software of electromagnetic system design and characteristics calculation is developed using ObjectOriented Programming, visualization technology and humancomputer interaction technology, which makes it convenient to create 3D model. The dynamic characteristics of DC contactor electromagnetic system can reflect the working behavior in practice. Two methods — twovariable interpolation method and iteration method are proposed to solve the dynamic differential equations. The equivalent magnetic conductance formulas are derived by applying software ANSYS. The computation results of the static and dynamic characteristics are in better agreement with the experiment. 
