摘要
研究了钛铝基合金固体渗硅后的渗层结构、抗高温循环氧化性能。结果表明 :钛铝基合金固体渗硅后表层形成主要由Ti5Si3 、Al2 O3 和Al3 Ti、TiSi2 、Si构成的复合渗层 ,该复合渗硅层有效阻止了高温氧化过程的进行 。
The microstructures and the cyclic oxidation resistance of the siliconized coatings of Ti 48Al alloy have been studied.SEM analysis and X ray diffraction analysis show that the siliconized coatings are mainly composed of Ti 5Si 3 and Al 2O 3 in addition to some of Al 3Ti, TiSi 2 and Si. These composite coatings exhibited an excellent positive effect for cyclic oxidation resistance, and the cyclic oxidation resistance of Ti 48Al alloy was remarkably improved.
