摘要
针对喇嘛甸油田葡Ⅰ1-2厚油层渗透率级差大,注入水无效循环现象严重的特性,提出了采用长胶筒封隔器封堵套管炮眼控制高渗透层吸水量的方法,从而提高低渗透层的吸水能力。该项目经过系列长胶筒封隔器的研制与室内试验,改变了传统的扩张式封隔器的工作方式,从基本原理和技术关键上解决了能够稳定封堵套管炮眼的问题,通过现场实验与应用,使封堵井的吸水剖面在纵向上得到了明显改善。同时,该技术由于受地层条件的限制,有着一定的适用范围,对此进行了论述,为提高长胶筒封堵效果提供了保障。
The thick reservoir of PUI1-2 in Lamadian oilfield is very different in permeability, and the recycle of injection water is inefficient. We use the long packing element packer to plug the casing bore, in order to control the water intake of high peameabili-ty zone and improve the water intake of low permeability zone. For doing a series of experiment of traditional spreading packer, we can plug casing bore steadily by changing the basic principle and technical feature. The packer can improve the water-entering profile of plugging well vertically by experiment and application of oilfield, the technique can only be used in special areas because it is stric-ted to the conditions of formation. The technique that gave technical instruction for improving the long packing element packer is illustrated in the article.
