摘要
目的 :观察速透消肿止痛外用泡腾片的药效实验研究。方法 :动物随机分为 4组 ,每组 1 0只 (雌雄各半 ) ,即 :生理盐水组、速透消肿止痛外用泡腾片组、活血止痛散组、扶他林组 (阿斯匹林组或吗啡组 )。采用大鼠足跖甲醛致炎法、小鼠耳廓二甲苯致炎试验、(热板法 )镇痛实验。比较各组用药前后变化。结果 :速透消肿止痛外用泡腾片组与活血止痛散组无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5) ,均有明显抗炎消肿、镇痛作用。结论 :速透消肿止痛外用泡腾片具有消肿。
Objective:To observe the effect of ERET.Methods:The animals were randomly divided into four groups:the group of 0.9% NaCl, the group of ERET, the group of powder of acting blood and relieving pain and the group of Futalin or Aspirin or Morphine. There were ten animals in every group (half males and half females). Method of causing inflamed on the rats' toes by formaldehyde and that of causing inflamed on the mice's ears by Xylene and the experiments of easing pain were adopted. After the experiments, the changes of every group were compared.Results:No significant difference was found between the group of ERET and the group of power of acting blood and relieving pain( P >0.05). Each group has a function of anti-inflammation, reducing swelling and easing pain.Conclusion:ERET has a function of anti-inflammation,reducing swelling and easing pain.
