摘要
首次将模糊数学理论应用于区域锅炉房集中供热工程综合效益的评价上。建立了多目标区域锅炉房集中供热综合效益评价的指标体系,并初步确定各评价指标的相对重要性权值。同时,利用综合评判方法对所选六个实际区域锅炉房集中供热工程的综合效益进行了全面评价,定量地反映了各工程综合效益间的差别,从而为区域锅炉房集中供热工程综合效益的评价提供了一种科学的方法,开辟了新的途径。
In this paper fuzzy mathematics theory is firstly applied to evaluation of comprehensive benefits for district heating project with central boiler. An index system for the evaluation of the benefits has been set up and the weighting factors of the different index are determined tentatively. Using the fuzzy comprehensive judge method, comprehensive benefits for six actual district heating projects are evaluated completely and the differences in comprehensive benefits among the projects are quantitatively found. It provides a new scientific method for the evaluation.
