摘要
消除柴油机排放污染应当主要限制柴油机颗粒排放水平。研究具有助燃与消烟作用的柴油添加剂自然成为降低柴油机颗粒排放的重要途径。通过台架试验考察环烷酸铈消烟助燃剂加剂前后发动机的排气烟度、速度特性、负荷特性,以及排气温度等指标,结果表明环烷酸铈消烟助燃剂可降低内燃机排放中的NOx,CO化合物或碳烟等有害物质,特别对碳烟、NOx排放平均下降幅度较大。
To improve the fuel combustion efficiency and reduce the emissions of diesel engines is one of the key topics encountered by Chinese traffics. The effects of cerium naphthenates fuel combustion improver in diesel fuel on engine performance and emissions were studied. At first, a pure diesel oil, and diesel oil with 0.15% cerium naphthenates were collected. A TY1100 diesel engine was operated with the above fuels,and exhaust gas concentration, engine performance, and combustion property were measured at some partial load. The results show that the engine emissions of exhaust smoke and NOx, CO concentration decreases with adding cerium naphthenates in diesel fuel. Exhaust smoke and NOx concentration decrease with an increase at higher engine loads while it increases at lower engine loads.
