摘要
本建议在试验和分析研究的基础上提出了多功能高层建筑结构转换层的设计、计算原则,建议了合理的静力分析模型和动力分析模型,对底部大空间剪力墙结构、底部大空间上层鱼骨式剪力墙结构、大底盘大空间剪力墙结构等结构形式的转换层结构以及箱形转换结构和实体转换板、深梁等提出了详细的设计方法和构造措施建议。
Based on the experimental and analytical investigations of the transfer structure in multifunctional tall buildings, the recommendations are presented concerning the designing and analytical principles of transfer structures, their static and dynamic analytical models. Suggestions are given for design and details of the transfer structures used in the shear-wall structure with large space on low floors, the fishbone-shear-wall structure with large space on low floors, and the shear-wall structure with large plinth and spatial floor, in addition to design and details for box transfer structures, transfer slabs and deep beams.
