摘要
目的 :探讨老年人胆道疾病再手术的手术指征、手术方法、死亡原因。方法 :回顾分析我院 10年间施行的老年人胆道再手术 32例临床资料。结果 :32例老年人胆道再次手术后 2 0例痊愈出院 ,11例住院期间病死 ,1例自动出院后死亡。结论 :掌握适宜的手术时机 ,选择合适的手术方法 ,加强术后观察是提高老年人胆道再手术治愈率的关键。
Objective:To probe into the reoperative indications,methods and causes of death in the aged patients with biliary tract diseases.Methods:The clinical data of 32 cases who underwent reoperation for biliary tract disease were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Of all the 32 patients,20 healed,11 died during hospitalization and 1 died after auto discharge.Conclusions:Proper time,appropriate methods and close postoperative obervation are essential in improving the reoperative cure rate of biliary tract diseases in old people.
