Influence of Anesthesia Method on Plasma Interleukin-6, Interleukin-10 and Cortisol Level during Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

摘要 目的 :观察全麻和全麻复合硬膜外阻滞麻醉对LC围术期血浆IL - 6、IL - 1 0和皮质醇水平的影响。方法 :2 0例慢性胆囊炎LC(LaparoscopiccholecystectomyLC)腹腔镜胆囊切除术病人 ,随机分为两组 ,每组 1 0例即全麻复合硬膜外腔阻滞 (GEA)组和全麻 (GA)组 ,分别测定麻醉诱导前 (T0 ) ,CO2 气腹后 30min(T1 ) ,术毕拔管后 5min(T2 )、术后第 1天晨血浆IL - 6 ,IL - 1 0和皮质醇水平。结果 :皮质醇GEA组 ,术中术后无显著改变 ,但GA组CO2 气腹后 30min和术毕拔管后 5min显著升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,组间比较两者有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5)。两组血浆IL - 1 0水平在CO2 气腹后 30min和术毕拔管后 5min时均明显增高与术前比较 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,其中GEA组IL - 1 0水平高于GA组 (P <0 .0 5) ,术后 2 4h两组均恢复至术前水平 ,IL - 6在两组中变化趋势基本一致 ,无明显升高。结论
