鼻内窥镜下高频电凝止血在鼻出血的应用 被引量:35

ENDOSCOPIC HIGH FREQUENT ELECTROCOAGULATION IN THE TREATMENT OF EPISTAXIS

摘要 目的 :探讨在鼻内窥镜下使用高频电凝止血治疗鼻出血。方法 :1 5~ 82岁 1 2 0例鼻出血病人均在鼻内窥镜下使用高频电凝止血。结果 :1 2 0例均达到一次性有效止血效果。结论 :经鼻内窥镜下高频电凝止血术能在狭窄的鼻腔中获得良好的视野 ,准确到达出血部位 ,一次性成功止血与常规鼻腔填塞及单纯电凝烧灼止血相比较 ,此种方法更为有效 ,安全 。 Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of endoscop ic high frequent electrocoaguiation in the treament of epistaxis. Methods:One hundred and twenty patients aged from 15 to 82 years were treated with endoscopic highfrequent electrocoagulation.Results:All patients stopped bleeding after the first treatment. Conclusions:Endoscopic high frequent electrocoagulation help to get a better view in the operating area make it easy to identify the bleeding p oint compared with regular treatment, this technology supply a more effective a nd regular way to treat epistaxis and reduce the pain as well as malignant stimu lation.
