摘要
利用 Tb3 +(铽离子 )荧光光谱研究了 Pb2 +和 Cd2 +对 Tb3 +水溶液和 Tb3 +4· Ca M系统中 Tb3 +荧光的淬灭作用。无论在 Tb3 +水溶液还是在 Tb3 +4· Ca M系统中加入 Pb2 +和 Cd2 +都会使 Tb3 +荧光强度迅速下降 ,Pb2 +和 Cd2 +对 Tb3 +水溶液荧光的动态淬灭常数 ,以及 Pb2 +和 Cd2 +对 Tb3 +4· Ca M系统荧光的淬灭常数均为确定的数值。利用 Pb2 +和 Cd2 +对 Tb3 +荧光的淬灭作用 ,可以建立对微量 Pb2 +和 Cd2
The effects of the quenching of Tb 3+ fluorescence on the solution of Tb 3+ and Tb 3+ 4 CaM system produced by Pb 2+ and Cd 2+ was studied The results showed that adding Pb 2+ and Cd 2+ can quench the fluorescence not only in Tb 3+ aqueous but also in Tb 3+ 4 CaM system The fluorescence quenching constant is an invairoble value The result can be used to measure the concentration of Pb 2+ and Cd 2+
