摘要
分析了影响钻孔灌注桩成桩质量的若干因素 ,如桩孔垂直度、孔深、孔径、沉渣、砼的拌制和砼灌注工艺及现场施工管理等。提出了相应质量保证的控制措施。
With the development of pile in pre-bored holes, more and more foundations in the construction projects need to be treated with technology. The pile formed in underground condition is difficultly found for the quality problems in time, so, factors such as sag, deep, diameter, depositional materials, stir of concrete, process of concrete casting and construction management in site can affect the quality of piles in pre-bored holes. As a result, strong influence on the time, fund and service life of the buildings will be caused. For the improvement of construction quality, the measures are used to control the parameters in the course of plies formation.
