摘要
原子荧光光度法分析As、Sb、Bi已被广泛应用 ,但由于仪器没有色散系统 ,所以干扰因素较多。阐述了原子荧光光度分析法中常见的干扰及其消除方法。方法简单、快速、灵敏、低耗。
Atomic fluorophotometry has been widely used in the determinations of As, Sb and Bi in geological and geochemical samples. When the atomic fluorophotometry without color dispersal system is used, many disturbing factors will occur as the typical mono-colorization of the atomic fluorescence spectrum of the elements is used in the determination. Combined with the characteristics of geological and geochemical samples, discussions on the normal disturbing factors and their removal methods are conducted and tests on the precision, accuracy and standard reclaim of the methods are stated in the text. It is concluded, through the tests, that the methods are proved to be simple, speedy, sensitive, and low-exhaustion, and are applicable to the analysis of geological and geochemical samples.
